Vixen is a minor character in Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Movie and it's sequel book Rudolph Saves The Sprites and is one of the Flyers on Santa Claus's sleigh team.
Biography[]
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Movie[]
Vixen first appears at The Christmas Eve Launch guiding Santa's sleigh up into the air with the other Flyers whilst being watched by Rudolph and the other villagers.
Vixen then appears years later again on Christmas Eve with the others Flyers guiding Santa's sleigh, this time joined by Rudolph who uses his nose's light to help them get through Stormella's storm.
Vixen is last seen the next day on Christmas Day, returning to Santa's Village along with Santa, Rudolph and the other Flyers.
Rudolph Saves The Sprites[]
In this book (which takes place after the film), Vixen and the other Flyers prepare to go with Santa to find the Sprites of the Northern Lights after they failed to appear at the winter celebrations to perform their light show.
Appearance[]
Vixen has brown fur with a tuft of blonde hair, bushy eyebrows, black tipped ears, and brown eyes. Like all Flyers he wears a Medal of Valor.

- In the film's novelization Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: A Retelling of the New Animated Movie, Vixen switches places with Comet on the team with Vixen next to Cupid and Comet next to Prancer.
