Milly is the daughter of Frosty and Crystal in the 1979 film Rudolph and Frosty's Christmas in July and first seen in a fantasy sequence/cameo in Frosty's Winter Wonderland.

It is not explained how Frosty and Crystal gave birth to her (though she was likely built out of snow just like her parents). She prove to be just as vulnerable to warm weather as her parents. She also loves Rudolph very much, looking up to him as her adoptive uncle.

Sometime after Milly was created and brought to life, Rudolph is invited to help a struggling circus for an old friend, Milton the Ice Cream man. The wicked wizard of the north, Winterbolt strikes a deal to give enchanted medallions to Milly's family for the duration of the circus that will protect them from the heat; however, once the hundredth firework for the closing Fourth of July celebration goes off, her family will be vulnerable to melting again. To protect Milly and her family, Rudolph accepts blame for the theft of the box office earnings, breaking her and Chilly's hearts at how Rudolph has seemingly become a criminal. Later, when her father, Frosty surrenders his hat to Winterbolt out of wanting to help Rudolph, Milly and Chilly are devastated over their father becoming inanimate again.
