Heat Miser is the son of Mother Nature, the half-brother of Snow Miser and North Wind, the main antagonist in the 1974 film, The Year Without A Santa Claus, and its 2006 live action remake and co-protagonist of its 2008 sequel, A Miser Brothers' Christmas.
He is a fiery being who lives in the Southern Hemisphere and is jealous of Snow Miser, feeling that Santa Claus gives Snow Miser lots of publicity whilst he gets none. He also feels that his mother favors Snow Miser over him.
He controls the hot weather of the earth while Snow Miser controls the cold.
